Service bookings are only finalized upon the receipt of a formal duty dispatch notification via Email/WhatsApp, signed corporate service contract, or advance payment where applicable.
While we strive to ensure dispatch punctuality, AST Rental is not liable for transport delays caused by severe traffic blockages, natural road hazards, weather incidents, or vehicle breakdowns out of our control.
